Remove unsightly red spots on the skin with treatment options offered at the Calabasas Dermatology

Our certified dermatologists can help you get rid of unsightly red spots and broken blood vessels. These conditions are common and easy to treat.

The board-certified dermatologists at the Calabasas Dermatology Center offer multiple treatments to clear up these pesky eye sores.

Treatment options to remove red spots and broken blood vessels

Laser surgery is available and involves using a cohesive beam of light to target red spots and broken capillaries. The pigment will crust up within a few days. After about a week the scabs begin to disappear.

Another option, electrocauterization, is a safe and highly effective treatment that removes unwanted tissue and seals blood vessels. The procedure involves using a small probe with an electric current that runs through it. The healing time is from 1-3 weeks. Intense Pulsed Light (fotofacials) is also an option.

Which cosmetic treatment option is right for me

The only way to know, for certain, which treatment option is best for you and your quest to remove unwanted red spots, is to talk directly with one of our certified dermatologists.

For more information regarding these treatments contact the Calabasas Dermatology Center to set up a free consultation with one of our skincare experts to discuss what procedure would be best for you.
